Wedding Day Transportation
-Shuttle service will be provided to and from our wedding venue. Shuttles will depart from the Draftsman, the Residence Inn, the Hampton Inn, and Farmington Country Club between 3:15 and 3:30pm. -An early shuttle will return guests to their hotels at 9:15pm. The final shuttle with return guests to their hotels or to the after party at the conclusion of the wedding reception at 10:30pm. -If you are not staying at one of our hotel blocks but are planning to shuttle to the venue, there will be extra shuttles leaving from the Draftsman Hotel. Uber/Taxis are not recommended due to the nature of our venue. Some parking is available at our venue; no cars are allowed to be left overnight.

Unfortunately the McDonald-Coyle room block is full. We will have shuttle service running to and from the Draftsman so you are welcome to book your stay at the Draftsman outside of our block.

Charlottesville-Albemarle Airport
Please note that this is a small, regional airport that offers direct flights to/from DC, NY, Chicago, Atlanta, and Charlotte. It is about a 20 minute drive to Downtown Charlottesville.

Richmond International Airport
Charlottesville is about a 1 hour and 15 minute drive from Richmond. We would suggest renting a car if you choose to fly into Richmond.
Train
Charlottesville Amtrak Train Station
This station is located centrally in Downtown Charlottesville. Amtrak runs from Charlottesville up the East Coast (DC, NY, Boston, etc.).
