When should I RSVP by?

Kindly reply no later than August 1, 2026.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We request that all guests follow a semi-formal dress code. For men this includes a suit or blazer with dress pants and a tie. For women this includes dresses, skirts and blouses, or a dressy jumpsuit.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

We kindly ask that only guests listed on your invitation attend. If your invitation includes a plus one, their name will appear on your RSVP. Thank you for understanding as we celebrate with our closest friends and family!

Are kids welcome?

Answer

We love your little ones, but we've chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We truly appreciate parents making arrangements so you can relax and enjoy a fun evening out with us!

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive no later than 4:00 pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a private parking lot located across the street from the venue for all wedding guests. If you are staying at the Best Western/Franklin Square Inn, you can also utilize the hotel parking lot and walk across the street to the venue.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is no prearranged transportation as both recommended hotels blocks are located a short distance from the venue. If you are staying at the Best Western, this is located across the street and in walking distance of the venue.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Yes! We have hotel blocks at the Best Western/Franklin Plaza Inn and Courtyard by Marriott Albany/Troy Waterfront - see more details under the 'Travel' tab. There are also many other hotel options a short distance from the venue located in the Troy and Albany areas.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Yes! Please reach out to either Baighly or Caroline with food concerns and we will be sure to make accommodations!

Will there be an open bar or cash bar?

Answer

We know it's no small thing to travel, get dressed up, and celebrate with us - so the drinks are on us! We'll have an open bar all night long. Can't wait to toast with you!

I RSVP'd "yes" but can no longer attend - what should I do?

Answer
