Portland International Jetport

If you're flying to Maine, this is the place you'll want to go. Not to be confused with the much larger airport in Oregon, Portland International Jetport (PWM) is a cute little landing spot for our out-of-state travelers (in Maine, we call them our visitors "from away"). PWM is a quick 30-minute drive to Brunswick or 45 minutes to Harpswell.

Our Wedding Shuttle

Our wedding shuttle will pick up guests staying in and around Brunswick at the Brunswick Hotel (4 Noble Street) at 3:45pm and deliver them to Harpswell for the Main(e) event. A return shuttle will bring guests back to Brunswick at the end of the night. For those traveling from other parts of the area, we'll also provide information about taxi services in the area.

The Brunswick Hotel sits directly adjacent to Bowdoin College and steps away from the lively Brunswick downtown. We have reserved a block of rooms here for our wedding guests. When making a reservation, please ask for the Hiteshew-Butts wedding block.

Located less than 10 minutes away from the wedding venue, the historical Harpswell Inn at Lookout Point overlooks a quaint cove that serves as a snug harbor for lobster boats. Furnished with antiques, the Inn offers casual elegance and comfortable ambience.

Harpswell Neck Rental Houses

If you're looking for the full mid-coast experience, consider renting a house on the Harpswell peninsula, where our ceremony and brunch will be taking place. There are a variety of options at every price point on Airbnb and VRBO. If you do choose this option, please note that houses in the Orr's Island and Bailey Island parts of town can be as far as 25 minutes by car from our wedding venue (Live Well Farm). Look for houses in West Harpswell off the Harpswell Neck Road for closer proximity.
