Our Story

We first met while working together in high school (if you know you know), and in between shifts our friendship quickly grew. We officially started dating on February 28, 2016! After about a year of dating, Anitesh graduated and we made the difficult decision to do long distance while Anitesh moved to LA for college and Caroline stayed in Oklahoma. We visited each other flying back and forth and spent every summer together. In 2021, Anitesh started medical school in Chicago, and a few months later Caroline graduated and accepted a job offer in Chicago too! After 4 years of long distance, we finally got to live in the same city. Since then, we have loved living in Chicago together and have made amazing memories in a city that immediately felt like home. On September 21, 2024, Anitesh proposed to Caroline! We could not have gotten through this journey without the support of our family & friends, and we are so excited to celebrate our love and story with all of you. See you in May!
