Kansas City Airport Marriott

This will be the primary hotel where we have room blocks with shuttle service to and from the venue. It is only about 10 minutes from the airport for our guests who are traveling (shuttle available airport to hotel). If you have extra time to stick around and explore the KC area, I would recommend staying additional nights at a hotel in downtown KC, as our venue is about 30 minutes from the downtown area. Please book through the hotel itself to reserve through the room block. It will not apply the group rate with bookings via Expedia or third party reservations. Room blocks have filled up quickly - you can call or book directly through the Marriott website for the standard rate if you would still like to stay where majority of guests will be

Hilton Garden Inn Kansas City Airport

As an alternative to The Marriott, Hilton Garden Inn is located about 7 minutes away. We have reserved a small room block here with a small shuttle to the venue. Click the link provided for direct access to the group rate. Once the rooms blocks are full, you will need to book directly through the hotel.
