Please plan to arrive between 3:30 and 3:45 PM. The ceremony will start promptly at 4 PM. Guests should allow extra time to take the gondola up to the ceremony and reception—it’s part of the experience, but it can take a few minutes, so plan accordingly.

Winter Park is about 90 miles west of Denver. The closest airport is Denver International Airport (DEN). From there, you can rent a car or take a shuttle—driving typically takes around 2 hours along I-70 West, depending on traffic. If you’re driving, be prepared for mountain roads with winding curves and steep inclines.
Denver sits at 5,280 feet, while Winter Park’s base is around 9,000 feet—so the altitude difference is significant. To help adjust, drink plenty of water and take it easy when you first arrive. Oxygen tanks are available at most convenience stores/gas stations, and we’ll also have an oxygen bar at the dinner and reception for anyone who wants a little extra boost! If you are sensitive to altitude change and you are traveling from sea level, you may consider spending a night in Denver to acclimate! Feel free to reach out to either Adam or Caroline with any concerns.
We’re encouraging bright colors, but please come in whatever makes you feel beautiful! Kindly avoid black, dark colors, denim, and casual wear. We’d love to see bright, dressy, and celebratory outfits! Bring a warm coat—the day will be wonderful, but it can get chilly in the evening. The ceremony involves a short, slightly uneven hike, so wear comfortable shoes you don’t mind walking a short distance in.
The ceremony involves a short, slightly uneven hike, so we recommend comfortable shoes with a small, chunky heel or flats. For guests who are unable to walk the trail, there will be a shuttle available to take you down to the ceremony site. Everyone will be able to join and enjoy the celebration!
While we adore all of your little ones, this will be an adults-only celebration with a few exceptions for immediate family.
To keep our celebration intimate and focused on close friends and family, invitations are extended to the guests specifically named on the envelope only.
