T-Mobile Park
The opening game for the 2025 season is Friday, 18th, they will be playing the Houston Astros the whole weekend. We are thinking of going to the game on July 19th, 6:40 pm, and would love to get a group together!
Pike Place Market
One of Seattle must see destinations, with over 200 stalls of local businesses. In addition, you can visit the first Starbucks, Beecher's Cheese, and the Gum Wall.
Seattle Aquarium
The Ocean’s Pavilion is the newest expansion of the aquarium which almost doubles the space. Fun activity for little ones to see an abundance of sea life.
Seattle Center
Take the monorail from downtown Seattle, about $7. In this area, there is the Chahulu Glass Museum, the Space Needle (don’t recommend eating at the restaurant), and the Climate Pledge Arena.
Museum of Pop Culture
Just down the street from the Space Needle, you can stop into MoPop (Museum of Pop Culture). A worthwhile trip to see various exhibits featuring Jimmy Hendrix, Pearl Jam, and Star Wars. There are rotating exhibits, last time we visited, they were featuring Black Panther/Black history. They also had a horror/sci-fi section.
Seattle Asian Art Museum
One of our top wedding venue spots! Located in Volunteer Park, which is fun to see if any Shakespeare in the park or any public plays are happening. It’s near Capitol Hill, which is a good place to have a late night for bar crawls.
