Air Transportation

Indianapolis International Airport The Indy airport is about an hour southeast of West Lafayette, and services all major carriers. Chicago O'Hare International Airport O'Hare is approximately two hours northwest of West Lafayette, and can often offer cheaper flights than Indy. Chicago Midway International Airport is also an option, but the Lafayette Limo shuttle doesn't operate out of this airport.

The Lafayette Limo shuttle runs from both the Indianapolis International Airport & O'Hare International Airport to West Lafayette (and vice versa). Please see their website for full information: https://www.lafayettelimo.com/index.php/services/90-shuttle-services The shuttle will drop you off at the hotel, please select the "Holiday Inn City Center" stop. For those of you heading directly to the Union, the best stop is the "State Street Bus Stop (South of PMU)". Lafayette Limo also runs from the hotel back to your airport of choice!

The planned shuttle is no longer available--if you need to travel between the hotel & the venue, please use Uber, Lyft, or a taxi service. We can reimburse the cost of the transportation for you if you let us know. Apologies, and thank you!
