Is there a hotel room block?

Yes. The deadline to book with a discount is September 26. Please find the reservation link on the tab titled 'Travel'. Please reach out to Caroline or Colby if you have any issues booking.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code will be formal attire. Ladies, keep in mind that the ceremony will be outdoors and you may want to opt for wedges or thick heels over stilettos.

We love your kids-- we really do! But we want our wedding to be your night off!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation says "and Guest" then yes. If not, then we'd prefer if it was just you.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

The ceremony will begin at 5:30 pm.

Where will the ceremony & reception be?

Answer

The ceremony will be outside on the lawn at the Westin Stonebriar Dallas. The reception will be in the Legacy Ballroom inside the Westin.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Self parking is available in front of the hotel and in front of the Legacy Ballroom with doors that enter directly into the reception area. Valet is also available in front of the hotel.

What are the pool hours?

Answer

Daily: 8:00am – 10:00pm Guests are free to enjoy the pool during any season as it is heated in cooler months.
