What is the hotel room block?

Is there transportation provided?

Answer

To the Venue- Shuttle will depart from the front lobby of the Hampton Inn hotel at 3pm and arrive at the venue at approximately 3:30pm. To the Hotel- Shuttle will depart from the front lobby of the venue at 10pm and arrive at the Hampton Inn hotel at 10:30pm.

We kindly request an adults-only celebration. We thank you for your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you!

Parking is available for free at the venue (on grass).

Where is the closest airport?

Answer

The closest airport (20 min to hotel) is Lehigh Valley International Airport (ABE) Another recommended airport would be Newark Liberty (EWR) (~60m)

How far is the hotel from the venue?

The hotel and venue are approximately 30 minutes apart.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Guests are encouraged to dress in cocktail attire. Think warm neutrals, jewel tones, and earthy fall colors. (please kindly avoid emerald green)

Is there an after party?

Answer

Yes! The after-party will be held at the venue, and all guests are welcome to join us. Please note that transportation back to the hotel will depart from the venue at 10:00 PM. Guests wishing to stay for the after-party may need to arrange their own transportation back to the hotel.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, uncovered. Cocktail hour and the reception will be held outdoors under a covered tent. Ceremony and Reception will move to a on-site indoor location in the event of bad weather.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin at 4pm. The venue seating will be open beginning at 3:30pm.
