Join us in dressing up for a beautiful evening! Long dresses, chic cocktail attire, and suits or tuxedos are perfect for the occasion. As the celebration will take place in February, we recommend bringing a light layer for the cooler evening temperatures.

The ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outdoors, while the reception will take place indoors in the ballroom.

Where can guests stay during the wedding weekend?

Answer

All of our major wedding events will take place at the The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes. We have reserved a dedicated room block here, as well as at the connected JW Marriott Orlando, Grande Lakes, which is just steps away from the festivities. You can find our room block on this website under “ Travel”. You’re also more than welcome to stay at any nearby hotel that fits your preferences. Airbnb options in the area are also a great choice for guests looking for something more flexible or space.

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP?

Answer

We kindly ask that you RSVP once you receive our official wedding invitation. Your response helps us finalize all the special details of our celebration and ensures everything is beautifully prepared for your arrival. Formal invitations will include a final RSVP deadline, but if you already know your answer, we’d love for you to RSVP whenever it works for you! No need to wait for the formal invite

If a plus one is included with your invitation, it will be noted when you RSVP. Otherwise, we are keeping our celebration intimate with our closest family and friends and truly appreciate your understanding.

As much as we love little ones, we have chosen to make our wedding an adults-only celebration. We are so appreciative of your love and support and can’t wait to celebrate together.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking will be available at The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes for all wedding festivities. We’ve secured a discounted rate for guests who plan to park at the hotel. Since we’ll be celebrating, we definitely encourage using Uber or a rideshare if you’d prefer a relaxed, worry-free evening. We want everyone to fully enjoy the night!
