Shuttle

To make your day as smooth and stress-free as possible, we will be providing a shuttle service for the 8 minute drive between the W hotel and the church. To the Ceremony: Shuttle will start making trips from the W Hotel at 2pm and run until 2:45pm. Return Trip: After the ceremony, shuttles will return guests to The W for cocktail hour and reception.
Flight
We recommend flying into BNA and taking an Uber from the airport to your hotel. It should be about a 15 minute ride to the W or any of the hotels we've listed here.
