Dress code? ¿Código de vestimenta?

Answer

We would love to see all of our friends and family dressed up for our big day! We kindly request a semi-formal dress code; tuxes and gowns are welcome, and so are suits and cocktail dresses. Please keep in mind this is an outdoor wedding so it will be a bit chilly at night! Please dress formal but bring a light jacket! We want all of our guest to be comfortable! ¡Nos encantaría ver a todos nuestros amigos y familia vestidos de gala para nuestro gran día! Pedimos que se respete el código de vestimenta semi-formal. Tengan en cuenta que se trata de una boda al aire libre, por lo que por la noche hará algo de frío. Vístanse de forma elegante, pero traigan una chaqueta ligera. ¡Queremos que todos nuestros invitados estén cómodos!

Are kids welcome? ¿Se permiten niños?

Answer

We decided to keep our wedding and reception an adult-only event (the only exception are the little ones in our wedding party/immediate family). Invitations will be specific and will include the names of the children who are invited. We hope you understand and enjoy a night off! Hemos decidido que nuestra boda y recepción serán un evento solo para adultos (la única excepción son los más pequeños de nuestra fiesta de boda/familia inmediata). Las invitaciones serán específicas e incluirán los nombres de los niños invitados. ¡Esperamos que lo entiendan y disfruten de una noche libre!

When should I RSVP by? ¿Cuándo debo confirmar mi asistencia?

Answer

We need to submit a final count to the venue so please make sure you RSVP by September 10th. Once invitations have been send out we will be conducting a few reminders to RSVP. Please be mindful of the RSVP, no response will be considered as no attendance. Debemos enviar el número definitivo de asistentes al lugar del evento, por lo que le pedimos que confirme su asistencia antes del 10 de septiembre. Una vez enviadas las invitaciones, le recordaremos un par de veces que confirme su asistencia. Le recordamos que, si no confirma su asistencia, se considerará que no asistirá al evento.

Your presence at our wedding is our gift! If you would like to gift us something please see our honeymoon fund under "Registry". If you would like to contribute the day of we will have a card box at our reception. We deeply appreciate it! ¡Tu presencia en nuestra boda es nuestro regalo! Si deseas obsequiarnos algo, consulta nuestro fondo para la luna de miel en la sección « Registry » (Registro). Si deseas hacer una contribución el día de la boda, tendremos una caja para tarjetas en la recepción. ¡Te lo agradecemos profundamente!

What do I do if I can't make it?¿Qué hago si no puedo asistir?

Answer

You will be dearly missed! If you cannot make it to the wedding, please RSVP "not attending." If you cannot attend after you already RSVP'd yes, please let us know as soon as possible so we can plan accordingly. ¡Te echaremos mucho de menos! Si no puedes asistir a la boda, por favor, confirma tu asistencia con un «no asistiré». Si no puedes asistir después de haber confirmado tu asistencia, por favor, avísanos lo antes posible para que podamos planificarlo adecuadamente.

What time should I arrive? ¿A qué hora debo llegar?

Answer

Please arrive by 3:00pm-3:30pm to give yourself plenty of time to park and find your seat! Our ceremony will start promptly at 4:00pm and we will have to wait until the ceremony concludes so make sure you are on time! If you happen to arrive once the ceremony has already started please stand on the side and wait until everyone is in their places to take your seat. ¡Por favor, lleguen entre las 3:00 p. m. y las 3:30 p. m. para tener tiempo suficiente para estacionarse y encontrar su asiento! Nuestra ceremonia comenzará puntualmente a las 4:00 p. m. y tendremos que esperar hasta que concluya la ceremonia, ¡así que lleguen puntuales! Si llegan una vez que la ceremonia ya haya comenzado, por favor, quédese de pie a un lado y espere hasta que todos estén en sus lugares para tomar su asiento.

Where should I park? ¿Dónde debo estacionarme?

Answer

There is parking available at the hotel. We will be covering parking fees for all guests. Hay estacionamiento disponible en el hotel. Nosotros cubriremos los gastos de estacionamiento de todos los invitados.
