Are kids Invited?

Answer

Yes! if you wish to bring your children you are welcome to! The resort also has an Explorers club for kids ages 3-12 from 9 am until 10pm. They are CPR and First Aid certified. Parents also get a pager should they be needed for any reason.

What is the dress code?

Formal or cocktail attire for the wedding day.

What time is the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00pm please make sure you are seated by 4:40pm by the pool area in the gazebo.

Will there be a cocktail hour?

Answer

Yes, Cocktail hour will begin at 6:00pm following the ceremony. Please stick around after ceremony for pictures.

Do I have to stay at the Resort?

Answer

We would like all of our guest to stay in the same Resort but if you are unable to that is completely fine. Guest who do not stay at the Resort have to purchase a wedding pass to attend the wedding festivities the cost is between $65 to $85 USD.

You are welcome to book as many days as you like we are recommending at least 3 nights.

We recommend arriving 2 days prior to the wedding.

Do I have to take a Covid test in order to return to the US?

Answer

Yes, a negative Covid test is required to travel back into the US. The resort is currently offering free testing be sure to schedule at concierge on the day of your arrival the test must be done within 3 days of departure

Do I have to pay the new traveling tax to travel to Cancun?

Answer

Yes, the state of Quintana Roo has implemented a new tax for all tourist traveling to Cancun. There will be different opportunities to pay it such as at the airport. The tax is $10 USD
