When is the RSVP deadline?

Answer

We kindly ask that all guests RSVP by June 30th, 2026. If we do not recieve your response by this time, we will assume you are not able to attend. Please navigate to the bottom of the Home page or click the RSVP page to promptly record your response.

Can I change my RSVP?

Answer

We will receive modifications to your RSVP up until June 30th, 2026. If you are unable to make changes to your RSVP online, please reach out to Carolina or Alex to update your response.

Do I get a plus-one? What about children?

Answer

Due to limited space, we kindly ask that no other guests or children attend, as we'd like to keep the guests list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated. Thank you for your understanding.

Is the wedding indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our afternoon ceremony will be outdoors by the vinyard, with cocktail hour being held on the covered patio. The reception will take place indoors. Guests attending the ceremony will need to step on grass briefly to take their seats. For that reason, stiletto or otherwise-thin heels aren't recommended.

What is the dress code?

Answer

May I take photos during the ceremony?

While we love and appreciate all the excitement around our big day, we kindly ask that all phones be put away and silenced during our ceremony. We encourage everyone to take their photos during our cocktail hour and reception.

Which airport should I fly into?

Answer

For those flying in from out-of-town, Charlotte-Douglas International Airport (CLT) is the closest to the venue and is near many hotels/accomodations.

Which hotel should I stay at? Is there a hotel block?

Answer

Yes! We have a hotel block for our guests at the Courtyard by Marriott in Waverly. Please refer to the Travel page for details.
