Our wedding venue is partnered with Hotel Xcaret Mexico, a beautiful hotel that offers a luxurious and all-fun-inclusive experience. As part of our arrangements, there is a required minimum stay of three nights at this hotel, which is where we will be hosting various events throughout the weekend. We understand this might be a significant commitment, and we truly appreciate your understanding and support. The hotel offers a range of amenities and services that we believe will make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Additionally, we have secured a special rate for our guests to help with the costs.
We recommend reserving your room by November 15 with our wedding planner, Brigitt, to ensure availability and lock in the special rate. The reservation process is easy, and Brigitt will be happy to assist with any details or questions you may have. While you need to secure the reservation by November 15, you will have until January 15 to complete the payment in full. This gives you some flexibility to plan accordingly.
The dress code for our wedding is beach formal with a festive, elevated twist! We encourage you to embrace bright colors, fun patterns, and airy fabrics that will keep you comfortable in the warm, tropical setting. For men, we recommend linen suits or light-hued outfits that are both stylish and breathable. Think light grays, tans, or soft pastels! Feel free to get creative and add some personal flair. For women, flowing dresses or jumpsuits in light fabrics will be perfect for the occasion. Comfortable shoes, dressy sandals, or wedges are also a great idea!
Unfortunately, those not staying at Hotel Xcaret Mexico will not be able to attend the welcome dinner on Thursday or the wedding after-party. We would still absolutely love to celebrate with you at our wedding celebration on Friday from 4:30-11pm. You will need to purchase a wedding day pass for $80 to be allowed on the resort property. Please let me know if you are coming so that we can coordinate this with the resort.
