Can we bring our kids to the wedding?

Does the venue allow any pets?

Unfortunately, the venue does not allow any pets on premises.

What time should we arrive at the venue?

Answer

You're welcome to arrive as early as 3:30pm. We recommend arriving no later than 3:50 as there is a short walk to the ceremony site.

Will there be any special transportation to and from the venue?

Answer

Yes! Shuttles will leave from the Toll House Hotel (140 S Santa Cruz Ave, Los Gatos, CA 95030) on the following schedule: 🚌 Departure from the Toll House hotel: 3:30 PM 🚌 Return from the venue to the hotel: 10:00 PM You're welcome to Uber to the hotel if you're staying somewhere else.

Does your venue have parking?

Answer

Yes. For those who prefer to drive, ample parking is available at the venue. However, please note that the roads are windy, so we encourage you to plan accordingly and prioritize safety.

How cold should we expect it to get?

Answer

June nights can sometimes be a little chilly and our venue does not have space heaters. We recommend bringing a light jacket to cover up after sundown. We will also be dancing inside the barn, in case you're too cold outside.
