FAQs

Question

WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?

Answer

We kindly request that you RSVP by July 31, 2026. After this date, our final guest list will be submitted, and we will no longer be able to accommodate any changes. No exceptions. Please be sure to RSVP via the RSVP tab on our website by the deadline.

Question

What if I forgot to RSVP (or missed the deadline)?

Answer

If we do not receive your RSVP by the date provided, it will automatically be marked as “not attending”. We will miss celebrating with you, but it is imperative that we provide our vendors with a final guest list count within the time frame they have given. Thank you for understanding.

Question

Can I bring a guest or date?

Answer

Unfortunately, due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate the guests specifically listed on the invitation. If your invitation includes a plus one, it will clearly be stated. We truly wish we could celebrate with everyone, and we appreciate your understanding.

Question

Are children welcome?

Answer

While we absolutely love your little ones, our wedding will be an adults only celebration. We kindly ask that children stay home, as we will not have accommodations for them at the venue.

Question

Do you have a hotel block for guests?

Answer

Yes! Please see the travel page on our website for details of our hotel block.

Question

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please plan to arrive by 4:15 PM at the latest. Our ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM, and no guests will be admitted after the ceremony has started.

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, there will be free parking available at the venue. There are two parking lots that will be available for use. We recommend arriving a little early to allow time to park and get settled before 4:15 PM.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

For our wedding, the dress code is semi-formal or cocktail attire in shades of brown (think nudes, espresso, copper, caramel, champagne). We would love for our guests to complement the aesthetic of the day. Also, we kindly ask that you please refrain from wearing white, ivory, cream, or similar shades as we would like to reserve that color for the bride.

Question

Can I take pictures during the ceremony?

Answer

We will be having an unplugged ceremony (no phones or cameras). We kindly request that guests do not take photos during the event. We have professional photographers to capture every moment so we can unplug and enjoy! Also, please avoid blocking the professional photographer and videographer who will be capturing every moment. However, once the reception begins, guests are more than welcome to take pictures and videos.

Question

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes and no. We are going to have a combo bar. A selection of drinks will be complimentary until we reach our pre-set bar limit. After that, guests are welcome to continue enjoying the bar at their own expense. Please note: Outside alcohol is strictly prohibited by the venue. If anyone is found bringing their own alcohol, they will be responsible for any fines incurred per the venue's policy. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

Question

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Due to the nature of our catering, we are unable to accommodate individual dietary requests. If you have concerns, feel free to reach out to us directly.
