We recommend flying into McGhee Tyson Airport in Alcoa/Knoxville Tennessee which is 40 miles North. Also there are people who live in Johnson City, Knoxville, Nashville, and Chattanooga who are coming that may be able for pickup and car pool.
You can stay at the Park Vista Hotel, which is where the reception will be, or Gatlinburg has many different hotel, Airbnb, or cabin options.
The site is 3 hours 30 minutes from Nashville, 2 hrs 30 minutes from Chattanooga, 1 hr from Knoxville, 2 hrs from Johnson City, and 16 hrs and 30 minutes from Minnesota!
