When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
Please arrive to the Ceremony by 2:30 PM at the latest to allow for parking, seating, and getting settled into to allow the ceremony to start promptly at 3:00PM

Where is it?
Answer
The Ceremony and reception are both at Brookledge. 7177 Antioch Rd, Middle Grove, NY. 12850. There will be a sign outside of a gravel pathway, follow the signs to the venue and there will be someone directing guests for parking.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
Please do not bring a plus one unless you are given one on your invitation, if you think we may have forgotten to give you a plus one please reach out.

Are kids welcome?
Answer
We ask you to please refrain from bringing children unless they are over 10 years old. Please be advised the music will not be child friendly, so we do recommend leaving the little ones at home, but it is your choice if they are over 10. Alcohol will be served at this event.

What should we wear?
Answer
You should wear comfortable footwear as the wedding is outside in gravel, grass, and dirt. The wedding party will be wearing shades of green, silver, maroon, and gold. Please feel free to wear other jewel tones, or forest colors if you feel motivated. We ask all guests to refrain from wearing bright red, and ask the ladies to refrain from any shades of white or light blues. There will be a campfire in the evening, but the temperatures may get cooler, so if you wish to bring warm clothes to change into please feel free. Please refrain from jeans, shorts, jorts, or joggers.

Where should we stay?

In the travel section of this website we have added a hotel that is 8 miles from the venue. However feel free to look for local air bnbs as well!

Is smoking allowed?
Answer
This venue is a non-smoking venue. The venue states they will add a charge for any cigarettes butts found, or anyone found smoking. Please refrain from smoking at this venue or step away if needed. This includes vaping, and marijuana.

Will there be drinks served?
Answer
There will be alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks served. There will be a 4 hour open bar, but tips are greatly appreciated for our amazing bartenders.
