John F. Kennedy (JFK) and LaGuardia (LGA) will have the most flight options at the best price. JFK has an AirTrain that connects to the Long Island Railroad to avoid renting a car. Newark Airport in New Jersey is close too but driving to Long Island is difficult. Another option is Long Island MacArthur Airport - keep in mind this one is smaller and will have less options.
