Should the guest check out earlier than the agreed check-out date (by 11 am), a fee of $75 will be applied toward their stay. Cancellation Policy: Reservations can be cancelled up to 72 hours prior to arrival. Reservations cancelled within the 72-hour window will be charged a fee of 1-night room and tax.
