What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is formal or cocktail attire. The wedding party will be in black tuxedos and black dresses, but black does not need to be avoided!

Can I bring a +1?

Answer

Due to venue capacity, we are only able to accommodate the guests formally invited on your wedding invitation. This applies to children as well.

Will there be a hotel block?

Answer

Yes, we have 2 hotel blocks. We have a block of 40 rooms at the Yankee Inn and 10 rooms at the Hampton Inn, these hotels touch each other. These 50 rooms provide enough lodging for all our guest count. Please see the Travel tab for booking links.

Will there be transportation?

Answer

We will be offering transportation from the Yankee Inn, details to follow. Please note, as there are not rideshares/taxis in Lenox, we suggest all guests take advantage of our the hotel block to use our free transportation.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

There will be both alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks offered in the Forecourt prior to the ceremony at 5pm, the shuttle will deliver guests to the venue at 4:30 to enjoy.

Is the venue indoor or outdoor?

Answer

The ceremony, cocktail hour, and dinner will all be outdoors, with dancing taking place on the covered terrace

Will there be an open bar?

Answer

Yes, there will be a variety of beer, wine, and liquor
