We got Married!

From the very beginning, we just knew. There’s a special kind of peace that settles in when you meet "your person". We both feel incredibly lucky that, somehow, the universe conspired to bring us together. After Carol moved back to North America from Spain, she began building a new life with Lili on the beautiful coast of Baja California. About a year later, we started a new chapter together in San Diego, where we now live. Carol proposed to Liliana during the opening of her solo photography exhibit at the Centro Cultural de Tijuana. But little did she know—Lili had a surprise of her own. She proposed back to Carol with a serenade on stage during a flamenco dinner show at Café Sevilla! We officially tied the knot on Friday, September 27, 2024, with a small gathering of friends and family at the San Diego Courthouse. While that day was full of love and joy, we knew we wanted to celebrate more fully with the wider circle of people we hold dear. We hope you’ll join us for a bigger celebration.
