NOTE: The ceremony and reception will be outdoors. New Orleans in December is a weather roulette - it could be hot, cold, or anywhere in between, however, more than likely it will be cool. In Louisiana there is always a chance of rain, so we advise you to keep an eye on weather forecast the week before to make sure you pack appropriately. If we're talking statistics, typically there are mild temperatures, ranging from around 64°F (18°C) during the day to 48°F (9°C) at night, however those are just averages over the season, and it can vary greatly week to week. The wedding is outdoor, so we recommend wearing comfy shoes and being prepared for the weather. We suggest bringing a light jacket or shawl for the cooler evening temperatures.
Of course! Please just let us know in the RSVP so we can plan accordingly
We don't have room for more things in our luggage or small apartment. In lieu of a traditional gift, we ask instead for donations towards a school reconstruction project in Nepal. Carolina, Andre, and many friends have had a part in these past and current projects, and we would love to use this event as a way to have a unified impact with our loved ones.
