Friday Night Dinner

This is a casual evening. Come ready to eat BBQ! Jeans, slacks, chinos, dresses, and skirts are all welcome. No suits, jackets, ties, or t-shirts.

We look forward to eating dinner and listening to music with you!

Saturday Shuttle Service

4:00 pm

For those who prefer to leave their cars in the town of Llano, we will provide a shuttle van service to and from the ranch on Saturday, with departures from Days Inn and Lone Star Inn. Shuttles will begin at 4:00 PM and will return to the Llano hotels following dinner and throughout the evening. The vans hold only 13 passengers and will depart from the Llano hotels at intervals beginning at 4:00 PM. The last departure to the ranch will be at 5:20, so those choosing the shuttle shouldn’t wait for the last ride or they may find themselves driving to the ranch after all! Denizens of Tent City should be aware that there will be no shuttle Sunday morning, so you should plan to drive yourself to the ranch. To help us finalize specifics for the shuttle van service, please indicate in your invitation RSVP if you would like to use the shuttle transport on Saturday!
