Tri-Cities Airport
Tri-Cities airport is the closest, in Blountville TN. It is about 1 hour to the ceremony/reception location. However, it is hard to find affordable flights to/from this airport, but sometimes do-able! They are adding new flights all the time.

Asheville Airport
Asheville is about 1 hour 45 mins away from the ceremony/reception location, and typically has decent flight options from multiple airlines! *hurricane Helene has greatly affected the Asheville area. Travel accessibility should be improving as time goes on and clean up happens but options may have changed post October 2024.

Knoxville is about 2 hour and 30 minutes away from Roan Mountain but usually has decently priced flights

Charlotte Douglas Int airport
This airport is also 2.5 hours from the venue, but has a lot of flights and may be a good option for some.

We highly suggest using Google Flights and putting an alert on so you can find the best option for you! Other airports that are larger but further away would be - Charlotte (3hr drive) - Nashville (4 hour drive + 1 hour time change {EG: leave Nashville at 12 pm CDT, drive 4 hours and arrive at 5pm ET})

REAL ID Note for Airplane Travelers
Unless it gets changed again- Beginning May 7, 2025, everyone must have a REAL ID to board commercial flights within the United States, so make sure yours is updated!
