We're getting hitched!

In January 2021, Carmi and Tim's paths crossed on Tinder. Tim was in the area interviewing for a job when they matched, and their first date was a thrilling mix of hiking and go-kart racing. Although Tim ultimately turned down the job, leading to a discussion about their future, given the 200-mile distance between them, they decided to give it a shot and take turns visiting each other every weekend. Their relationship blossomed as they shared countless adventures, from hiking and camping to exploring the Pacific Northwest. The distance became just another part of their journey until , eventually, Tim made the move to live with Carmi on Whidbey Island. Along with their beloved dog Nala, they bought a house on Whidbey Island, which became the backdrop for more adventures and travels, including trips to Thailand, England, Hawaii and a Caribbean cruise. In December 2023, Tim proposed to Carmi and she joyfully accepted. Now they look forward to a lifetime of adventures and are excited to see where life takes them next.
