Please book your room as soon as possible! It is recommended that you book your stay when you RSVP to the wedding.
The RSVP deadline is October 1st. No responses after that date will be considered a "no" and will not be accounted for in the final head count.
No. We have opted to let guests book their own stay, as this is cheaper and more convenient for those that may need flexible dates, payment plans, etc.
Yes. The resort has recently changed their policy to a 5 night minimum. We recommend staying the dates of November 16-21 or November 17-22. However, you are welcome to customize your trip to whatever works best for you. Make this your own vacation!
We recommend booking your flights about 4-5 months in advance. Now is the perfect time!
There are transportation options available directly through the resort's website when you book your stay. You also have the option to book third party transportation, or take the ADO bus. Please view "Travel" for more information.
The venue is about 30 minutes from the resort. We are including transportation to and from resort/venue on the day of the wedding. Pick up times and departure times will be shared at a later date.
Our dress code is Cocktail Attire. Because of the uniqueness of our venue, we really want the vibe to flow together and be cohesive. We would love to see you in neutrals, earth tones, and/or blacks. Peak the photo of our venue on the back side of your Save The Date for inspiration! Please avoid any bright or bold colors. And of course, please avoid any whites or "close-to".
Due to limited venue space, there are no plus one's for the ceremony and reception. However, they can still join you for the trip and party with us at the resort!
Since this is a destination wedding, we want you to know that your presence is enough! However, if you feel so inclined to provide a gift, we ask that you do not bring any gifts with you on this trip (cards are okay!). A mailing address is provided in the "Registry Tab".
