Question

Are kids invited?

Answer

We love your kids—we really do. But we want our wedding to be your night off! Additionally, our wish is to keep this small and intimate.

Question

What time does the ceremony start?

Answer

Ceremony starts at 7 PM promptly. Please plan on arriving between 6:20 PM & 6:25 PM once you arrive at the Ranch you will be directed down to the ceremony location. It will take approximately 5 additional minutes to reach.

Question

Can I bring my own alcohol?

Answer

Unfortunately not, however there will be welcome drinks awaiting you. Cocktails will be served from 6:30 PM - 6:55 PM, with the ceremony starting immediately there after. An open bar will await you at the Gatehouse.

Question

Will dinner be provided?

Answer

Yes, appetizers and dinner will be served at the Gatehouse. Old Glory staff will be serving alcohol, extra precautions are being taken to keep everyone healthy and safe.

Question

I'm concerned about being in an enclosed area, what is the venue ventilation and capabilities for social distancing?

Answer

Old Glory Ranch sits on 2200+ acres, our intent is for an outdoor ceremony and dinner area (weather permitting, April showers and all). The backup plan is the Chapel Hall, which comfortably seats up to 350 people, our wedding group size is 10% of that, there will be plenty of space to spread around.

Question

What type of precautions are being taken to address Covid?

Answer

Old Glory staff will be utilizing masks and will be wiping down high traffic area's with disinfectant. Hand sanitizing stations will be available throughout the event locations, face masks will also be provided.
