By June 24, 2015, they had become inseparable, embarking on a love story filled with adventure. Over the years, they’ve explored the world hand in hand, savoring new cuisines from tapas in Spain to fresh pasta in Italy, to ramen all over the Bay Area, each bite becoming a cherished memory. Together, they’ve wandered the cobblestone streets of the United Kingdom, the sun-soaked shores of Morocco, and the charming towns of France, Spain, Italy, and Portugal. Their dream is to continue exploring every corner of the world, growing old together in the warmth of their shared passion for life and travel. On April 21, 2024, Alejandro made that dream even more real when he proposed to Carmen at the Japanese Tea Gardens in San Francisco, a place they cherish as a reflection of their shared love for travel, particularly their dream of visiting Japan. Shocked and overwhelmed with joy, Carmen immediately said yes, and now, just over a year later, they are ready to exchange vows on June 27, 2025, in the city where it all began—a celebration of love, adventure, and the beautiful future they will continue to build together.
