After turning off Bavaria Road, follow the driveway until you reach the first available left toward the white building. Look for the couple’s names and the brown "Equestria West: Event Parking" sign, then turn right toward the designated parking lot. Guests may use the circle drive at the front of the venue for drop-offs, including handicap-accessible parking spaces for those in need. A helpful tip while navigating the property is to follow all of the brown directional signage!
If you have a date that has not been personally invited by us, please let us know first. We have a set guest count.
The ceremony will begin at 5:30pm CST. Guests are asked to arrive 15-30 minutes prior for parking and seating in the Outdoor Wooded Ceremony Site (if weather permits). Cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing to immediately follow.
