We met working at SUNY Geneseo Workout Center. Devin and Carman would fight over the little cardio room to hide from doing actual work. Devin, who was always on time, would get to work before Carman and steal it mainly to read his Harry Potter books. But being the creative thinker Carman was, she kicked him out by saying "she had homework or a quiz to study for" and being the sweet gentleman he is, Devin gave up the room and cleaned workout equipment. That's pretty much how we first met and then a little over a year later, we started dating!

We were in Geneva, visiting the Chungs for the weekend. After packing up the car for our trip back home, we stopped in the backyard to say bye to Teddy at his memorial site. As we were about to walk away, Devin got on one knee and Carman, who was covering the majority of her face (besides her little eyes), asked her to marry him! We're so excited to celebrate the next chapter in our lives with you all.
