Please arrive no later than 3:45pm we plan to start the ceremony promptly at 4pm. If you arrive later please wait to be seated until the wedding party has proceeded.
Please note the bus schedule below: Leaving from the Fairfield Inn & Suites 5220 Westview Drive, Frederick, MD 21703 Bus will arrive 2:45pm and will depart at 3:10pm for the venue *If you are running behind, we cannot guarentee that they will wait, please reach out to Arkie at 443-615-0424* The bus will have 2 runs back to the hotel (Fairfield Inn & Suites) 1st run back to the hotel- 8:30pm 2nd run back to the hotel- 10pm
The ceremony will be outside so please dress accordingly, cocktail hour will be covered and dinner will be inside. We kindly ask men wear a suit and dress shirt with a tie and women wear a long, midi, or knee-length dress or dressy separates. Please no jeans.
Yes there is! Parking is limited. There will be people out front to show you where to park. If you are drinking please do not drink and drive, you can either call an uber or ride the bus back to the hotel. You can leave your car overnight please have them out by 930am the next morning.
