​Nick and Carlye’s journey began on a 2013 summer night at the prime-time location in Kirksville, MO, the Dukum Inn. After the first meeting, the two were acquaintances for a long time (much longer than Carlye would have liked) until August 1st a year later when Nick finally had the courage to ask Carlye to be his girlfriend. Since then, the two have been partners in crime traveling the world, living in two different cities then living together, working around each other’s jobs, and enjoying life to the fullest. Then, on December 9th, 2017, Nick took Carlye out on a hot date with great food and music in Kansas City. He led her to the Plaza which during Christmas time lights up the city with colorful lights on each building. While Carlye was distracted taking pictures, he dropped to one knee and popped the question (of course she said yes, I would not be writing this if otherwise). Which leads us to now, wedding season. June 15th in Eagle River Wisconsin is the big day, so get focused and be ready to enjoy a great time with friends and family. Nick and Carlye are beyond excited and hope to see you there!
