Question

Will there be transportation provided to and from the hotel blocks?

Answer

Yes! There will be a shuttle provided for those staying at the Aloft Dulles Airport North hotel (where we have a hotel block) and Hilton Garden Inn Dulles North hotel (they are located right next to each other). The shuttle will arrive at the hotels at 4PM to pick up guests & will depart the hotels at 4:15PM for the venue. After the reception the shuttle will be at the venue at 11PM to pick up guests & will depart the venue at 11:15PM for the hotels. Please note that these are the only 2 shuttle trips as there will not be shuttle trips provided throughout the reception.

Yes! There is a parking lot at the venue to accommodate those who plan on driving themselves.

Although we would love to accommodate everyone, our wedding is RSVP only and we can only accommodate those that are listed on your invitation.

If children are invited, your invitation will indicate it. (example: "The XXX Family" or "XXX and Family)
