What accommodations will be made to ensure the safety of guests during the COVID-19 pandemic?

Answer

Sam and Carly are fully committed to having a safe celebration on their special day. We will be closely following CDC recommended guidelines at the ceremony and reception to prevent the spread of COVID-19 coronavirus. Check back here for updates as we expect guidelines surrounding COVID-19 to evolve leading up to September. For now, please be assured that the ceremony and reception are fully outdoors, and all of our vendors are committed to the safety of our guests.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes! If you are strictly vegetarian, gluten free, vegan, Kosher, etc., please let us know as soon as possible. Please reach out to Holly Swan at 803-603-1671.

Will Uber, Lyft, and other ride sharing companies be available for transportation to and from Brookgreen Gardens?

Answer

Ridesharing companies do operate in Murrels Inlet, though service may be limited. Local cab companies can also provide transportation to and from Brookgreen Gardens. Guests can expect highs in the 90s. Rain is always possible on the coast!

Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?

Answer

All of Brookgreen Gardens is wheelchair accessible. Brookgreen Gardens does not have wheelchairs, guests who require a wheelchair or other mobility equipment should bring their own. The following companies provide wheelchair and scooter rentals. Wheelchairs and mobility scooters are welcome in all Brookgreen Gardens venues. Brookgreen Gardens provides free parking to all wedding guests.
