4:00 pm - 4:45 pm
We are honored to be getting married at Serra Chapel in Shandon, California, a place that holds special meaning to Robert’s family. Built in the early 1990s by his grandfather, Judge William P. Clark, and his wife Joan, the chapel sits atop a hill over vineyards and ranchland. It has become a local landmark filled with history, family ties, and community, hosting Mass every Sunday. The chapel’s design was inspired by St. Paul’s Cathedral in London, and inside you’ll find a carved Moorish ceiling once owned by William Randolph Hearst. The chapel is easy to find on maps under “Serra Chapel" or "Chapel Hill" in Shandon, CA. From Highway 46, turn onto McMillan Canyon Road and follow it up the hill. A parking lot is at the top next to the chapel. We kindly ask that guests arrive to the chapel between 3:30 - 3:45 PM to be seated.
5:00 pm - 10:30 pm
After the ceremony, we’ll head across Highway 46 to celebrate at the Clark family ranch. We look forward to celebrating with you and sharing this special place with you all.
