What's the timeline?

Answer

Cocktail hour starts at 4:00 and lasts until 5:30 where we will welcome you into the dining area for dinner, drinks and dancing! Last call is at 10:00pm with the reception ending at 11:00. Then we'll head across the street to Phoenix Upper Main for the after party!

Is there a shuttle?

Answer

Yes! A shuttle will depart from Hampton Inn Columbia at 3:30pm. Then it will make two trips, one at 9:30pm and one at 11:00pm from the reception. The 11:00pm shuttle will also drop off at Staybridge Suites Columbia Baltimore.

Where do I park?

Answer

Mainstreet Ballroom is located directly next to "Lot D-Ellicott City" which is a free parking lot. "Lot E-Ellicott City" is an alternative parking lot. Put the parking lot into your GPS for easy directions.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We request cocktail attire. Cocktail attire is dressy yet comfortable. For women, think midi or knee-length dresses, jumpsuits, or fun separates paired with dressy shoes and accessories. For men, a suit or blazer with dress pants, a dress shirt, and dress shoes is perfect. Ties are optional.
