Seven years ago, a nineteen year old boy traveled to NorCal from Orange County to serve in a kitchen at a YoungLife camp. A girl who’s cousin was on camp staff was also working in the bakery - she had a crush on the cook, and after a month of serving alongside each other, they traveled 600 miles back home to realize they lived less than 1 mile away from each other. Their first date consisted of meeting the family, mini golf, and saying goodnight at 4am after hours of talking.
