Nick and Carly met when they were 8 years old on the Old Lyme Country Club swim team. They barely noticed each other - Nick adamantly claims that Carly had cooties - and since they lived in different towns and went to different schools, they didn't see each other again for quite some time. Serendipitously, in 2010 Carly enrolled at The Williams School where Nick had been attending for 2 years. Nick claims to have been the king of the school, but Carly is pretty sure that even at 14, Nick still thought girls had cooties. When Carly saw Nick out of the Old Lyme Country Club speedo and Nick finally got over the cooties thing, they decided to begin a relationship... ...on 09/07/2013. 11 years later, we are thrilled to get married on a day that has so much importance to us and look forward to celebrating with you!
