Reno-Tahoe International Airport is about a 50 minute drive to Palisades Tahoe via I-80 W. Rental cars are available (we recommend Turo) in addition to a shuttle via North Lake Tahoe Express. Note that rideshare apps like Uber and Lyft are typically unavailable in the Tahoe Basin.

Sacramento International Airport

SMF is a two hour drive from Palisades Tahoe. You may find more options for flights into Sacramento over Reno.

There are a number of other lodging options in Olympic Valley that are in close proximity to the venue. Olympic Village Inn, Red Wolf Lodge, and Palisades Tahoe Lodge (formerly known as Squaw Valley Lodge) are all located in The Village only a brief walk from the wedding venue. Most of the units in these properties are condo-style and privately owned and rented out by owner on rental sites like VRBO or AirBnb. You will also find many different house rental options on AirBnb & VRBO in the area surrounding The Village, which are great options for larger groups. Tip: Check these websites for stays in Olympic Valley, CA. All the events for the weekend will take place in The Village at Palisades Tahoe. We'd highly recommend checking Google Maps to be sure your accommodations are nearby!
