What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

We will start promptly at 4:30 you should arrive no later than 4:15 the shuttle will make its first trip to the venue from the hotel starting at 2:45

Is there a dress code?

Can I bring a date?

Unfortunately due to the size of the venue, we will only have room to invite close friends and family.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

If you visit our travel tab you will find a link to the hotel we’ve reserved a block of rooms for a special group rate. This is also the hotel we will be providing the shuttle to and from

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Of course we are very accommodating of dietary restrictions please let us know on your rsvp if you have special dietary needs and we will make sure you have a meal!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Yes there is parking available

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There will be a complimentary shuttle provided due to spotty cell service at the venue. Uber and taxis won’t be available to leave the venue, but are possible from the hotel.

You should have your hotel stay booked at the latest by August 20th 2019 be sure to mention you’re with the Phelps/Houser room block
