Yes, transportation will be available to and from the event. The shuttles will arrive at the hotel around 6:00-6:15pm and the last shuttle will leave The Desmond by 6:30pm - please be in the lobby by 6:15pm if you plan on taking the bus to the venue.
Yes, there is plenty of parking available at the venue if you wish to drive. Please feel free to leave your car overnight at the venue if needed.
