When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We ask that RSVP's are in by August 17, 2022 in order to finalize the evening.

Are you registered? Where?

Answer

The most important gift to us is having you share in our special day. But if you wish to contribute in some other way, we would love a few pennies to put in our pot, for our honeymoon trip after tying the knot!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

We recommend arriving between 4:00 pm and 4:30 pm. We will have a cocktail hour starting at 4:00 pm. The ceremony will begin promptly at 5:00 pm.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

No dress code, but we highly recommend you dress "wedding comfortable" and wear comfortable shoes (i.e. BOOTS, flat sandals) as the wedding and reception are held outside. In addition, we recommend bringing a light sweater or jacket. We would love to see everyone in the wedding theme/colors of fall county/rustic (moss, burgundy, brown, forest green, burnt orange, rust, dark grey, etc.) if you'd chose to.

Are kids welcome?

Answer

To give all our guests the opportunity to let their hair down and have a good time without having to worry about little eyes and ears, we politely recommend no children.

Yes, please see your invitation to add your +1 (guest).

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Of course, please let us know as soon as possible to make necessary accommodations.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

We will be working hard to park as many cars as possible on the property, additional parking will be on surrounding streets. Please follow the signs. We recommend car pooling or uber/lyft, if that is an option.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

There is no transportation offered from hotels. We would recommend utilizing Uber or Lyft if you chose not to drive.

Rave at Glen Helen

Answer

We have been notified there will be a rave at Glen Helen the weekend of our wedding which may cause traffic on the 15 and 215 freeways, we recommend giving yourself extra time to travel to the wedding.

What happens after the ceremony?

Answer

After the ceremony, the bridal party will be taking pictures nearby for around an hour. Guests can head straight to the reception where we will be serving beverages and beginning the buffet dinner.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels, our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #joncarlybestdayever so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
