Will the celebration be indoors or outdoors?
Answer
Indoors. It's cold in January, and even though well be busting a move on the dance floor, we do not want frostbite as an unexpected guest.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Semi-formal - which means look nice, but don’t stress about it. Think “wedding guest” not “red carpet,” and definitely not “first date outfit you overthink for 3 hours.” Also, wear dancing shoes.

Astoria Banquets is located off of Arlington Heights Road and Dundee Road. Very close to Route 53.

Is parking available?
Answer
Yes. Astoria has a parking lot for your convenience, because we fully understand the universal truth that if parking feels like a scavenger hunt, we’re simply not going.

Is there a shuttle from hotels?
Answer
If you are staying at the The Westin Chicago North Shore, located at 601 N Milwaukee Ave in Wheeling, IL, there is a shuttle that will take you to a from the celebration.

Is this a dry event?
Answer
Yes... for anyone under 21! For loved ones over 21, we will have an open bar for four hours.

Answer
Yes; please see under "Travel" for recommended hotels and room block information.

Can dietary restrictions be accommodated?
Answer
Yes; please let us know about any dietary restrictions and allergies in advance so we can ensure appropriate accommodations can be made.

Unlikely. We will try to be proactive with safety concerns and ask the same from you.
