Before venues and vows… before invitations and seating charts… there was a mini golf course, a couple of putters, and two people figuring each other out between laughs and made shots. Tee Time Golf was our first date and is pure Ocean City nostalgia — bright colors, playful obstacles, salty air drifting in from the boardwalk, and that easy summer energy that makes everything feel lighter.
Goofy Golf
It may not be the mini golf course where our first date happened, but Goofy Golf holds so many of our favorite memories. With its bright colors, giant statues, and perfectly goofy charm, it’s the kind of place where you can’t help but laugh, compete a little, and feel like kids again.
Holiday OCNJ

Jon & Patty's Coffee Bar & Bistro
Jon & Patty’s is warm, coastal-rustic, and effortlessly intimate. Think: weathered wood, chalkboard menus, greenery, soft café lighting, and that gentle shore-town hum outside. It feels like a place where everyone slows down and leans in.
Randazzo Pizzeria & Family Restaurant
Nestled on 34th Street at Asbury Avenue in Ocean City, Randazzo’s is a cozy, family-run Italian spot that’s become a go-to for shore visitors craving classic comfort food by the sea.
Preps Pizzeria & Dairy Bar
When it comes to boardwalk pizza in OCNJ, Preps is practically legendary — and no wonder. Sitting right on the iconic Ocean City Boardwalk at 10th Street, this bright orange pizza joint has been serving up slices (and smiles) for decades. Established in 1965, it’s one of the oldest pizzerias in town and a true shore classic.
Kessel's Korner
If you’re thinking of a classic shore-town diner experience, Kessel’s Korner is one of those local spots that longtime visitors and families come back to year after year. It’s a casual, old-school eatery on Asbury Avenue serving up breakfast, lunch, dinner, and even sweet treats — all with that laid-back Ocean City vibe.
Ventura's Offshore Cafe
This is Hunter and my go-to spot. The kind of place where we can sit for hours, share great food, talk, laugh, and just be together. It’s warm, welcoming, and always feels familiar — a little elevated, but completely comfortable.
Chickie's & Pete's
Home of the absolute best fries. Perfectly seasoned, extra crispy, and served with that iconic cheese sauce — nothing hits quite like a basket of these after a beach day. A true shore classic you have to try.
Curly's Fries - Colony Walk 2003
A boardwalk classic you can smell before you reach the stand. Curly’s serves up hot, golden spirals of perfectly seasoned fries, piled high in a bucket and made for sharing as you stroll the boards. Crispy, salty, and impossible to resist — it’s a must-have Ocean City snack that tastes like summer.
The Original Fudge Kitchen
A boardwalk staple and the sweetest stop in Ocean City. You can smell the chocolate before you even walk in as fresh fudge is poured onto marble slabs and worked by hand the old-fashioned way. With rows of classic flavors and treats lining the cases, it’s a nostalgic shore tradition you can taste from the first bite.
Shriver's Salt Water Taffy & Fudge
An Ocean City classic since the 1800s, Shriver’s is pure boardwalk nostalgia. Barrels of salt water taffy, rows of homemade fudge, and the sweet scent of candy in the air make it a must-stop tradition. It’s old-fashioned in the best way — a place where generations have picked out treats after a day on the beach.
Churn House Ice Cream & Cereal Bar
At Churn House Ice Cream & Cereal Bar, my go-to is the Fruity Pebbles creation. Creamy soft serve stacked high and completely coated in bright, crunchy cereal that adds the perfect pop of sweetness. It’s colorful, over-the-top, and tastes like pure childhood joy in a cup.
Grace And Glory Yoga
Grace & Glory Yoga isn’t just a studio — it’s a home for movement, mindfulness, and community. My favorite little sanctuary. If you need a peaceful/powerful reset during the wedding weekend, this is the place to roll out a mat and feel instantly at home.
DCW Studio
DCW is just plain awesome. The energy, the people, the workouts — everything about it makes you feel stronger, happier, and glad you showed up. It’s bright, welcoming, and the kind of place you leave feeling better than when you walked in.
Surfers Supplies
A true Ocean City surf shop staple. Surfer’s Supplies has that laid-back beach vibe with racks of boards, wetsuits, flip flops, and coastal apparel that make you feel summer the second you walk in. It’s the go-to spot for beach gear and classic shore style.
Stainton's
A colorful maze of local shops, handmade goods, art, clothing, and gifts right in the heart of Ocean City. Stainton’s is the kind of place you wander through slowly, discovering something new in every little room. Creative, eclectic, and full of personality — a favorite stop for one-of-a-kind finds and supporting local makers.
37th Street
A quieter stretch of sand where Ocean City feels calm, open, and beautifully simple. The walk through the dunes, the sound of the waves before you see them, and the wide shoreline make this spot feel like a peaceful little escape. It’s the kind of beach where mornings are slow, afternoons are sunny, and memories are made without needing much at all.
Tomatoes
At night, Tomatoes transforms from elegant dinner spot to one of the liveliest scenes around. The bar fills up, the music gets a little louder, and the whole place buzzes with dressed-up, summer-night energy. It’s social, vibrant, and fun — the kind of place where dinner easily turns into staying out, running into people you know, and soaking in that classic Jersey Shore nightlife vibe.
The Point - Somers Point
A waterfront summer staple where live music, sunset views, and tiki-bar energy come together. The Point is lively, casual, and full of that bayside buzz — boats pulling up, string lights glowing, and a crowd that’s ready to have a good time. It’s the kind of place where you go for a drink and end up staying for the whole night.
Boogie Nights
A full-on throwback dance party in the best way. Boogie Nights is all flashing lights, a spinning disco ball, and nonstop 70s, 80s, and 90s hits that keep the dance floor packed.
