Dallas Farmers Market

While Cole was living in Dallas and working at Baylor Scott & White, Carly would occasionally drive from Lubbock to visit. They would sip mimosas while browsing the booths in the Shed, then would head into the Market Building for brunch.

The Dallas Arboretum and Botanical Garden

During the autumn months, the Dallas Arboretum has a section full of pumpkins. Walking through the various fountains, gardens, and pumpkin patches is one of Carly's favorite memories.

If you have a bit of time, visit a movie theater that looks over the city of Dallas. Cole and Carly went to see Jurassic World Dominion during summer of 2022, an almost identical experience to their very first date to see Jurassic Park at the Stars & Stripes drive-in theater in Lubbock during summer of 2020.
