8:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Attire is casual.

Stop by for light snacks, beer and wine to kick off our wedding weekend! Uber and Lyft are operational in Park City. There is a hotel shuttle that runs to/from Main Street every 15/30 minutes from Peaks Hotel. There is a city bus with stops across the street from the Double Tree that stops at Main Street, as well.

Ceremony & Reception

5:00 pm - 11:00 pm

Black-Tie: Wear floor-length gowns or formal cocktail dresses, tuxes with black neckties or bow ties.

Bring a coat, ceremony will be held outside. There will be a coat check upon entrance to the reception. Shuttle busses are scheduled to and from the ceremony/reception. Busses will be staged outside the Hotels at 4PM with a departure time of 4:15PM. They will bring you back to the hotel once the reception is over.

Farewell Brunch

11:00 am - 1:00 pm

Pop-in at anytime from 11-1pm for a Casual Brunch with Coffee, Bloody Mary's and Mimosas. Uber and Lyft are operational in Park City. There is a hotel shuttle that runs to/from Main Street every 15/30 minutes from Peaks Hotel. There is a city bus with stops across the street from the Double Tree that stops at Main Street, as well.
