We met at Clark's fraternity house a few days before the start of our junior year at Michigan State. I asked him if I could see his schedule to see if we had any classes together and we had quite a few. We always studied together and eventually, I convinced him to be an accounting major so we could hang out some more! Finally, we started dating at the very beginning of our senior year after the Spartans beat Western Michigan in football, and we celebrated at Harper's!

We took our annual trip up to Traverse City and headed to the Old Mission Peninsula to hit up some of the wineries. We had reservations at Brys Estate to start our day, but Clark wanted to stop at Brys' secret lavender garden first. Clark walked me over to the gazebo and said he wanted to spend the rest of his life with Bruno and I. Then, he asked me to marry him and I said yes! Then out came our family and friends and we celebrated all weekend long in beautiful Traverse City!
